Workshop Overview
Participants will explore the key elements of handling challenging conversations, focusing on techniques to communicate effectively, manage emotions, and achieve positive outcomes.
The workshop will include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaires, delivered by certified MBTI practitioners, to help participants understand their own communication style and how to adapt it to different personalities.
Through interactive exercises, role-plays with professional business actors, and discussions, participants will develop the skills needed to handle difficult conversations with confidence and empathy, turning potential conflicts into constructive dialogues.
