Workshop Overview
Participants will explore the fundamentals of effective training delivery, with a focus on DSTC’s unique methodologies. This includes learning how to create engaging and interactive sessions, manage diverse learner needs, and assess training effectiveness. The workshop will integrate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaires and be delivered by certified MBTI practitioners. This approach will help participants understand their training style and how to adapt it to different learners. Through practical exercises, role-plays with professional business actors, and interactive discussions, participants will develop the confidence and skills to deliver impactful training sessions.
